These are some things you should do :

1. Make sure it's really the ghost, must be the ghost and not the other, try to watch, taking in every detail, if it needs to be seen, touched and overlayed first to test the authenticity. make sure that ghostl is real and not your brother, or the local Mayor and also to make sure the attributes used by the ghost agrees.
2. if it's genuine ghost, pretending not to see. Suppose it's just a dog barking, or you can directly use sunglasses and pretending to be blind and fools.
3. if they already see you.. its okay, just relax, take a deep breath and exhale from your nose into other people's faces.. hahaha...
4. if they looked into the eyes, it's okay, just glare back at them. if you can blink your eyes, maybe they'll fall in love with you at first sight and they asked to meet... hahaha
5. and if your glance does'nt work against them and they laughed so that made you frightened.
